First fixed dates for QuinCAT

The first dates for building our new infrastructure are fixed.

The first dates for the construction of the QuinCAT research infrastructure are now set. On June 15th, work on the site equipment is started. On July 6th, pollutant remediation begins in the 30th calendar week.
